Prior to his arrival in Canada in 1991, Mr. Krawczyk studied at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland (1982-1988). Between 1988 and 1991 he resided in Germany.

Mr. Krawczyk obtained his degree in  Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with honors  in 1996. 

He studied  acupuncture in Canada at the McMaster University (Medical Acupuncture Program Evidence Based approach to the Chinise Acupuncture), and more recently in China at the First Beijing University of Traditional Chinise Medicine (2006).

After graduating from U of T  in 1996, he began his professional carrier at the McMaster University Medical Centre where he worked initially as a resident and then staff physiotherapist. Between 1996 and 1998 he attended Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Cystic Fibrosis Clinic, then between 1998 and 2000 he worked at pediatrics, primarily Pediatric Trauma, Pediatric Oncology,  Acquired Brain Injury, as well as Hemophilia Clinic. In 1998 he joined the Ancaster Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre on a part time basis. In 2000 he began contracting for Therapy Health Care providing home therapy primarily for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, and suffering from brain infarcts,  Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson disease. At that time he became an authorizer for the Ontario Ministry of  Health and Long Term Care in mobility aids category. In 2001 he was invited to join Ancaster Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre as a full partner.

Mr. Krawczyk is commited to upgrading his knowledhe, but also shearing it with others. Curently he is a lecturer, examiner, and Co-Director of the McMaster University Medical Acupuncture Program. He is a Proffesional Associate at the McMaster University School of Rehabilitation Science, and preceptor for physiotherapy students from that program. He also teaches physiotherapy students from Hudson University (US), as well as Kinesiology students from McMaster and Redimer universities. In 2001-2002 he was involved in teaching Sprots injury prevention course for Kinesiology students at the Redimer University.

Given his background in Physical Education and sports he joined medical staff of Ontario Tekwondoo team, and attended numerous provincial competition.  Given that fencing was closer to his heart he began involved in the Westdale Fencing Club, as a both coach and physiotherapist, and latter began work for Ontario Fencing Association, helping to organize competitions and youth training camps, and also involving himself as a coach and physiotherapist.


He was a member of a Epée Fencing Team at GKS Piast Gliwice (1978-1982), and AZS AWF Katowice (1982-1988), as well as University of Toronto Varsity Blues (1992-1995) competing in multiple national and international competitions. Currently, on occasions he still competes in eppe for the Westdale Fencing Club.
